Lin Yi is an assistant professor on the tenured track at the School of Foreign Languages, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and a master's supervisor. She holds a Ph.D. in Foreign Languages and Literatures from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. The research directions are experimental phonological prosotics, psycholinguistics, and neurolinguistics. The main focus is on the cognitive neural mechanisms of multimodal emotional speech processing in healthy and special populations. In the Journal of Speech, Language and has published many papers in SCI/SSCI journals such as Hearing Research, Journal of Psychiatric Research, Schizophrenia Research, and EI international conferences; Has presided over the National Social Science Foundation of China's Youth Project, the Shanghai Morning Light Program, and the Shanghai Jiao Tong University Liberal Arts Youth Talent Cultivation Program. Received honors such as the Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation of Shanghai Jiao Tong University and the Academic Star of Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
